The box split and DVDs bounced to the floor, you could still smell the fresh wet paint. Stepping over them I carried three more boxes into my freshly painted office before I looked down to see what they were.

Then I Made My Mistake...

My head was buzzing with all of the new ideas I'd had I was just about to make a big stupid mistake...

With everything ready "the five master DVDs along with the artwork" I ordered my first complete set of ready to ship discs from the copier-publishers and waited eagerly for their return.

Seven days later - at last! The first batch came back but to my horror it wasn’t what I expected. I wasn’t too impressed with the quality of the printing of the disc labels. I mean it’s ok but not what you’d expect for a high end £137.00 product. Fortunately everything else is fine but the printing in my opinion is not of a high enough quality.

It's my fault I know. I should have asked for a sample before rolling out but I didn’t and that’s my mistake.
